We are looking for Caring, Compassionate and reliable people to join our team of Community Care Assistants in Poole. We want you to help us to make a real difference in peoples’ lives by supporting them to remain in their own home with care and support. No experience is necessary as full training is given, but experienced people are also welcome too.

You will be required to visit and support our Service Users in a variety of way dependent on their individual needs.  This could include but is not limited to:

• Assisting with Personal Care (washing, dressing, bathing)

• Administering or prompting their medication needs

• Meal Preparation

• Assistance with Domestic Tasks

• Providing commanionship and support

Requirements

Whilst there is no need to have previous care experience 

You will need to be:

• Friendly, Caring and Compassionate

• Be willing to help others

• Be willing to learn and undertake training

• Excellent communication skills

• The right to work in the UK

• Transport required (Car or Bike)

• Full UK Driving Licence for car drivers

• Rostered Weekend Working required
